2.2 3D Printed Products: Our products are 3D printed and may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

2.3 Product Use: Our products are designed for specific audio production purposes. Using the products for purposes other than those intended may result in damage to the product or other equipment, for which we cannot be held responsible.

3.1 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in CAD and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3.3 Payment: We accept e-transfers sent to payments@audio3d.com. By sending payment via e-transfer, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it.

3.4 Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges that may be imposed on your purchase.

4.1 Shipping Methods: Shipping is available to all Canadian residents via Canada Post. We have plans to expand our shipping options in the future!

4.2 Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4.3 Production Time: As our products are 3D printed on demand, please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

4.4 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, is not covered.

5.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@audio3d.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

5.3 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Custom Orders: Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

6.1 Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of AUDIO3D and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.

6.4 Product Designs: The purchase of our products does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our product designs.

7.1 Product Suggestions: By submitting product suggestions or ideas to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and commercialize such suggestions in any way and for any purpose.

7.2 Ownership Claims: You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the suggestions you submit, and that such suggestions do not violate the rights of any third party.

7.3 No Obligation: We are under no obligation to review, use, or compensate you for suggestions, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

8.1 Disclaimer: Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
